Accelerated Programs

The Judy Genshaft Honors College offers a number of accelerated academic programs.

7-Year B.S./M.D. Accelerated Program

The Judy Genshaft Honors College partners with the ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ Morsani College of Medicine to offer first-time-in-college freshmen an accelerated pathway into the ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ M.D. Program. Available exclusively on the Tampa campus, the program allows Honors students the opportunity to receive admission to MCOM and complete a medical degree in seven years, provided they continue to meet all program benchmarks and successfully complete the MCOM interview.

7-Year B.S./Pharm.D. Program

First-time in college (FTIC) Judy Genshaft Honors College students who are interested in attending pharmacy school have an opportunity to receive admission to ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ Health's Taneja College of Pharmacy (TCOP) and complete a doctorate in pharmacy (Pharm.D.) in seven years, provided that the student continues to meet all the benchmarks of the program, including a successful TCOP interview.

3+3 Bachelor’s/J.D. Program

The Judy Genshaft Honors College at ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ has an agreement with Stetson University College of Law (SUCL) to offer an accelerated Bachelor's/J.D. program. This program, known as the "3+3 Bachelor’s/J.D. Program" allows honors students to use their first year of law curriculum at SUCL to count as the fourth year of elective requirements for their bachelor's degree. Students will graduate from ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ as a second-year law student.
