06/09/25 — The University of South Florida reached a three-year high with 44 students awarded a total of $124,500 through the Gilman Scholarship for the 2024-25 academic year. The scholarship provides funding to undergraduate students with financial need to support study abroad opportunities around the world.

Keller is pursuing a PhD in computer science at the Stanford University School of Engineering. He aspires to advance universal access to private and secure communication through the design of cryptographical tools.

Nia Jackson received a master's in international and intercultural communication from American University before going on to serve as Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State.

Kobe is studying ecology and computational design in Cornell University's Design Technology master's program. His research focuses on the intersection of material science, synthetic biology, and fabrication design to bridge the gap between built spaces and biological structures.
