New cardio equipment in the ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ Campus Recreation Center allows users to convert their workout into electricity. ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ is the first college or university in Florida to have 12 SportsArt ECO-POWR treadmills, ellipticals and indoor cycles.

Reverse vending machines have been installed on campus. Funded by The Coca-Cola Company and its Tampa-based bottling partner, Coke Florida, the sustainability initiative not only promotes recycling, but gives back to the ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ community.
