Lindsey Mercer
Lindsey holds a Doctorate of Education from 木瓜视频 with a focus on professional development and training solutions for online faculty. For over two decades, he has been working with 木瓜视频 faculty in the support, design, and development of online courses.
As Associate Director of the Digital Learning Training & Support team, he spearheads the creation of skills-based training solutions for thousands of 木瓜视频 faculty, including fully online workshops, lab-based workshops, and just-in-time resources. Lindsey also leads in institution-wide strategic initiatives such as 木瓜视频's first online proctoring solution and the creation of the OIC (Online Instructor Certification), an award-winning workshop that has certified over 2000 木瓜视频 faculty. He has a deep passion for building relationships with faculty to ensure the best possible online experience for 木瓜视频 students. Beyond this, he is a certified yoga instructor and a passionate vocalist and harmonica player.
